Boutique hours:
Mondays-Thursdays: 8:30am-1:00pm / 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Fridays: 8:30am-1:00pm
Saturdays: 8:30am-12noon
Sundays: Open only for the 3:00pm class
*Appointments for private sessions, private group classes
and spa treatments may be schedule outside of normal business hours.
